Pros:
Absolutely the best. The firest 2 weeks I called them every day because I was new to sharepoint and they walked me through everything
Cons:
Nothing. I have not had a single problem, ever.
Other Thoughts:
Been with 724 since July 2010 now and they have never failed me. They are always polite and responsive and my site has nevr been down.

Pros:
724 is the best. Period! Best hardware, best support, best uptime. With over 99.9% customer satisfaction from our customers, the fact can never be disputed.

There are no cons in my book. I run a great company.

Edward York of 724 here. I am appauld of some of the reviews some prior customers have written about us. So I will answer some of the concerns for the benefit of everybody who needs a great host.
1. Regarding the concern of two brothers - I run this company. I am the president. Yes my brother Mike works for me. With 20 years IT experience and being a family member I trust Mike to take care of things even when I am away. It can't get better than that. We have several other non-family members who work for us. Our IT and Engineering personal are top notch non-family member employees.
2. Bad support??? Not true in any respect. All tickets are responded to within an hour or so at most. As to telephone support, our systems are so stable that it's not often we get support requests at all. I often sit in the office for days without a single support call. Our systems are top of the line and uptime is incredible at over 99.97% for SharePoint 2010 and over 99.93% for WSS and MOSS 2007.
3 Regarding the false advertising claim on being the 1st to host SharePoint 2010: We have not false advertised at all. We screened every one of our competitors websites the day we rolled out SP 2010 on May 14th 2010 and not a single one offered SP2010. While it may be possible FPWEB was offering SP2010 on May 3rd on a per telephone request, they certainly did not have it available for order on their website.
In conclusion. It's impossible to please every customer for everything, all the time. Too often customers get upset over one thing or another which usually has everything to do with price, plan level or features. In other words they want certain things for free. It's so sad that prior upset customers would write such things about our company that were not true. But the world still turns. 99.9% of our customers are very happy with our company and I stand my ground that my company is the best.

Limited space available, should offer MB/GB per package - too limiting.

High-end hardware, decent network & uptime. Good level of expertise.

This company is supported by two brothers - response time for support issues is abysmal.

They just need more bodies on staff to be able to respond to support issues faster.

I'm just curious about the false advertising on your twitter account and website. You claim that your company was first to host SharePoint 2010 on May 14th. However, a company called "Fpweb.net" officially launched on May 3rd - and numerous well-known SharePoint folks on Twitter confirm that they in fact are using their services.
How can you claim something that has no basis in fact? Doesn't that reflect poorly on your company? You clearly have been around for a long time, and have loads and loads of SharePoint experience since you've been doing it since 1999 - I'm just curious why you would go the dishonest route here?

just got off phone with them...they are expensive moreso with the service and support they provide. cancelling today itself.

Pros:
They are cheap and have full features. Very easy to use.
Cons:
The tech support seems to be by a couple of brothers that do this on the side. One time, I asked them to email me with payments instructions. It took over a week.

A good place to be if you are not in a hurry.

Pros:
724 has done a great job of keeping me happy with everything I've needed to do with them. Support has been great as well.
Cons:
They are a touch expensive compaired to some other hosts.

I really like 724, I just wish they were priced a little more competitivly to say www.apps4rent.com or www.sherweb.com. All in all I'm pretty happy with them though.
