Pros:
Cheap. Not bad connection speeds. Good, basic SharePoint site.
Cons:
Control panel difficult to use and alien to someone who knows SharePoint. $50 to restore something from backup and only 2 weeks of backups kept. Search configurations not properly setup.
Other Thoughts:
Apps4Rent somehow lost one of my sites. I didn't visit for a couple of months and when I tried, the site was gone. Since it was longer than 2 weeks, they had no back up I could go to either. I used to use Apps4Rent as an example hosting company when I teach SharePoint development and administration, but never again.

Pros:
The most basic SharePoint plan is for $8.95 per month which is quite chep....it adds more value due to support and the overall experience that i have had with them....by far the best

They have many documentation and videos...i would suggest more videos

They are simply the best. I am yet to come across such a great support.I have been in the industry since early 80's and things have changed...but never seen a support this good.

Pros:
Good price and Good offerring. The smallest plan of $8.95 has all sharepoint features enabled; including mail enabled document libraries and so on with unlimited users.
Cons:
They should have share MOSS 2007 offerring as they are currently offerring MOSS 2007 as dedicated servers.
Other Thoughts:
I might actually go for Hyper-V with them as my needs are going to increase now.

Pros:
They are good. I did not belive when they said they will migrate my SharePoint site for free. I thought like others they will charge me....but they did it for free.
Cons:
Nothing that I chave come across.

Pros:
We had a inhouse sharepoint server. It was turning out expensive.We tested some providers including Apps4Rent. They turned out to be a real winner in all terms....like Speed of site; Speed of Service and pricing.
Cons:
Yet to experience any issue since I started with them 1 year ago.

I am yet to experience any other company actually providing such a great service.

1) File limitation of 70mb per file (so I can forget about my powerpoint files...)
2) User setup requires admin to answer the users personal password recovery question for each user (How/why does the admin know the name of the user's favorite pet?)
Other Thoughts:
Lots of oddly imposed restrictions on the admin of the site. Apptix gives more flexibility. Why does apps4rent care what size my files are as long as I stay under quota? And why dont they script user setup so that you dont need to add a user to AD before adding them to sharepoint (2 step user creation process).

Pros:
I've tried other hosted exchange providers but Apps4rent ASP-One is still the best overall solution for my needs. They are reliable, feature-heavy, and have real 24/7 support. Beware of companies offering lower prices that look too good to be true.

Pros:
We have been with Apps4Rent for about a year now. No downtime and great service by them. I never had to contact support because of the document. Only once I did during a weekend and the support was quick and precise.
Cons:
Also, I am not paying much...the lowest plan is $6.95 for 1 GB mailbox and I have around 35 mailboxes. Honestly I started with 1 mailbox and the slowly added more as I recruited more.
Other Thoughts:
What I don't like about some providers is that they want you to buy for minimum number of users maybe 5 or 10 even if you don't use it. Those numbers are waste of money till you add more.
They have a 30 day risk free trial and I did not have to use it and ask for money back at all.
