Pros:

They are good. I did not belive when they said they will migrate my SharePoint site for free. I thought like others they will charge me....but they did it for free.

Cons:

Nothing that I chave come across.

Other Thoughts:

Support is 24 X 7 which is a plus point...they respond quickly even at night.
