Apps 4 Rent User Review - User review of apps 4 rent's sharepoint service

Pros:

Cheap. Not bad connection speeds. Good, basic SharePoint site.

Cons:

Control panel difficult to use and alien to someone who knows SharePoint. $50 to restore something from backup and only 2 weeks of backups kept. Search configurations not properly setup.

Other Thoughts:

Apps4Rent somehow lost one of my sites. I didn't visit for a couple of months and when I tried, the site was gone. Since it was longer than 2 weeks, they had no back up I could go to either. I used to use Apps4Rent as an example hosting company when I teach SharePoint development and administration, but never again.
