Cons:

Helpful tech support, but billing is a nightmare. Our bookkeeper threw his hands in the air and paid a year in advance, wasted time. System can be very slow to update. If you use public folders for archives, get some snacks while u wait.

Pros:

Interface of control panel is good.
Cost is good...but my experience with them makes me mark it on higher side.

Cons:

Slow Control Panel.
It seems they very few techs and most if them is Bob...or maybe bill.
With the advertisement they have...I never thought they could ever go down for such long hours..They went down several times off late and without any warning

Other Thoughts:

They need to improve the infrastructure they have. Too much of downtime for e-mails in exchange environment. Support could--only apologize and regret..blah....blah...blah!!!! What else could they do...things were out their control.

I should have moved right after signing up when the replies to basic questions took hours....Not a true 24 X 7.

The downtime cost us huge amounts of money...We had to move on.....Really Really upset with these guys....

My work makes me travel...and when the issues happened...I was in Europe...and could not be in touch with my core team back in US. Now I am in India for sometime and I thank God that I moved from Apptix
