Reviewer: Bad Service And Product

Pros:

The price is very low for SharePoint foundation packages.

Cons:

Support service is bad and takes a very long time. There is no phone number to contact any departments of this company. Product not working properly.

Other Thoughts:

We purchased a SahrePoint Foudnation package with this company and the setup was very complicated and long to do. To add users, we had to create a support ticket, wait teh next day before getting an answer then they ask some other info, wait for the next day answer and still going back and forth just to have some users added to the SharePoint.
The biggest issue was that teh email notification in SharePoint was not working. We created a support ticket and waited for a long time without any news, send abck an email to get an update, etc. Finally after 3 months of service, the email notification issue was still not resolved by this company.
